RE Lending to Acquisitions/Equity - Resume

Hey guys,

Had a quick question regarding what to include on a resume for acquisitions or equity side of the business. Currently in CRE lending and hoping to switch eventually. I am trying to put my current job on my resume and looking for some pointers on what to include. I want to tailor my experience to the equity side. I mainly analyze financials, perform market analyses and lease rollover, valuate properties mainly through market cap rate analysis, create pro-forma projections, look at borrower/guarantor financials and credit worthiness, etc. Basically things that the debt side measures to ensure the value of the collateral and ability to repay the debt. Then create a loan presentation for senior management to ultimately make a lending decision. How can I tailor this experience to an acquisitions or equity role? Include specific deals, property types, dollar amount of deals, etc?

Thanks!

I work in development. Specifically, multifamily affordable development. I'm trying to go to a big bank and that have a big multifamily lending platform. I have an interview coming up. Trying to understand more about the debt side. What type of lender are you? How long have you been at ?
