Senior non-target gearing up for recruiting -- have at it
Hey everyone,
Below is my resume that I plan on using for FT recruiting. One or two points I wanted to make (feel free to argue against these):
1) Have high school listed b/c I am a white male born in the US who grew up overseas in Asia for my entire childhood (10+ years). Figured that listing it will allow me to bring it up in conversation + differentiator given my non-target status.
2) Have also listed transfer school, simply because did well my first year there, so I thought it might be worth putting down.
Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

remove major gpa if its less than overall
Apologies about that. Uploaded the previous resume. The one up now is correct.
Take off high school, looks weird. Find a way to work it into your story instead (ex. link it to your languages section)
My mandarin is pretty rusty from my time there.
Worried about putting Basic skills in Mandarin and then being tested during an interview and not being up to snuff.
I would say remove the transfer school only because it was for your freshman year and most places will realize you didn't take anything tough.
I like your reason for keeping the highschool but it does look a bit funny just being a line, I would agree with removing it and finding a good way to include it in your cover letter / story.
This is also coming from another non-target rising senior so you may want to wait for additional input, good luck.
One thought I had was putting some parentheses after travel in my interest section that says (grew up overseas in Asia for 10+ years)
