Single-Family to Multi

Good afternoon.

I'm currently working for a single-family cradle-to-grave developer and looking to make the jump to multi-family and mixed-use. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for educational materials I should seek out to help me make that transition (both for modeling and industry knowledge).

I should note that I already ordered the 4th edition of the Linneman textbook.

Thanks,
