Standard Sales Salary?
Is 25k for the year and 10% from all investment activity that my accounts do a standard salary for a first year sales assistant on an instiutional global equity desk? This is at an MM ibank.
Base is low.
whats a normal base. this is a lower tier mm ibank
normal base would be anywhere from 50-70K
