UBS Sales& Trading
It's known that UBS Sales and trading has taken a beating especially their fixed income division. does anyone how much were their bonuses,if any, for the first year and second year analysts? What's was the offer rate for their summer hires?
What about other firm such as CS and DB???
any insight will be appreciated...

ubs capital markets groups
ubs capital markets groups are on a calender year pay schedule; only IBD gets bonuses in the summer. pro-rated stip in jan 2008 among my friends who started there in august 2007 was $15k - not bad considering they were in training abroad for 6 weeks and did rotations until april
would recommend ubs for equities - they never did much in fixed income, even in the good times
