It's a much smaller player obviously. Don't know anyone personally.

Well it's a much smaller bank, less flows, etc. I don't know about profitability, maybe it is similar on a per-cost basis, but the outright number I'm fairly certain is lower than most/all of the BBs.

It should be noted they do more of their FX Options business in euro-products, not so much in Asia-Pacific or EM.

Which desk, spot, forwards or options?

Gotcha, I'm only familiar with their options desk, don't know anything about cash.

Interesting... sort of strange you would work across the different product areas....

Anyway, their options desk volume wise is much smaller, but they seem fairly active in the broker market which is good for you.

I know it is a bit weird to be working across desks. I think the reason that is is bc they didnt plan on having an intern and essentially made a position for me. However, I will be reporting to the head of global FX cash on his desk, so i guess that is my primary duty.

I also have some job 'cleaning up the book structure' which they say might work across all the desks for that project.

Uncredit FX is solid. They trade out of Hk, NyC,and London. 4-5 guys on cash and options each in each location. London as the major center.they take a good amount of prop risk. Flow is not huge, but decent, with the large German corporates as their main clients.

Be prepared for your interview as the Md from the options desk is a beast and will punish you with math during interview and once on the job.
