What compensation to raise funds?

I have been serving as CEO for vc backed start-up for the past decade. Recently I was approached by a Dubai PE firm. The firm is reputable and is forming a new US$100M technology fund.

My first mandate with them would be to represnt them in North America with a target of raising US$30M for the fund.

My question is what would be a reasonable compensation level? structure?

May sound like a stupid question but this will be my first time on this side of the table.
