Every year some of the brightest, most driven and optimistic undergraduates from top colleges and universities embark on a 2-year analyst program they know almost nothing about. At some point along the way many of these same analysts become disillusioned, frustrated and stressed about their job.

That is when iBankingOasis.com comes to the rescue.

As the only website dedicated to the Investment Banking Analyst and the unique challenges that face them, our primary goal is to provide an outlet that can both make you laugh and be useful. Building an online community of analysts gives you a place where you can go to share your thoughts (vent), meet other analysts (monkeys), learn about your career options (business school, private equity, or hedge funds) and satiate some of your curiosity about this perverse industry (compensation database).
