Merril lLynch vs Smith Barney Wealth Management

Hi,

I'm interviewing with Merrill soon and i am first required to take an assessment test(FIAT). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about preparing for this?

Also, I am in talks with Smith Barney. What should i say if a question about my Spring internship with Merrill in regards to a full time comes up?

And lastly, how should one compare these 2 firms? This could be in regards to their training program/reputation/compensation or any other parameter that you may deem significant.

Any advice will be appreciated.
