Nick started teaching at the age of 17 when he convinced a few of his classmates' parents that he was a cheaper, more interesting SAT tutor than the Kaplan classes they were planning on signing their kids up for.
Since then, he has tutored a number of students in both the SAT and the GMAT and has always received great feedback for the dramatic improvement in his students' scores, his individualized approach and his ability to relate to his students. Graduating with a liberal arts degree, he briefly thought about grad school but after missing the deadline to take the GRE he decided to become a management consultant. Following that he worked for a large hedge fund before going on pursue a number of smaller projects including working on a screenplay, writing for a financial blog and trading the markets.
Having scored in the 99th percentile on the GMAT, Nick spends his free time scouting new restaurants, traveling on short notice and lamenting the dearth of good Mexican food in the city.
