Tom began his career as an IT professional in investment banking. After various technical analyst positions at financial institutions in New York and Dallas, he relocated to Los Angeles as an independent consultant. Moving into the entertainment industry, he became an application development project manager with a focus on financial systems. His technical roles have always included a strong business component.
In June 2000, Tom earned his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies. He rounded out his business education with a handful of screenwriting courses and founded a Hollywood production company in 2001. He now spends most of his time writing and producing for film and television.
