The businesses we represent are located in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino and/or Riverside Counties (and we occasionally accept clients from elsewhere in the US). We have some basic requirements for the businesses we accept as clients. While there is some leeway with the following requirements, in general our clients are established businesses with these characteristics:

Market Values from $1,000,000 to $20,000,000

Employees from fewer than 10 to more than 200

Revenues from $500,000 to $50,000,000

We specialize in the M&A field, and we do not focus on any one particular industry. We are specialists IN THE PROCESS, not in any one industry. That being said, we do not represent restaurants, hotels, motels, taverns, start-ups or buyers.

We Only Represent Sellers

All of our efforts are spent representing sellers. In fact, we are Business Seller Representation Specialists and handle all of the necessary arrangements for our clients. We have extensive buyer databases, which we use to locate buyers for our clients. In addition, we develop customized marketing plans for each company we represent. Also included as part of our Seller Representation is the handling of the preparations for sale that can maximize after-tax cash for our clients while minimizing the risks associated with taxes, confidentiality and legal issues. This includes being a liaison not only between the buyer and seller, but also the lender, the attorneys involved in the transaction, the CPAs, escrow, the appraisers and all the other pieces of the puzzle.
