Interview
The first round phone screen was relatively easy and conversational. Was mainly about my background, deal experience and interests going forward. Not too many technical questions.
Interview Questions
There weren't any difficult or unexpected questions. Was mostly focused on my background and deal experience. Fit based primarily. Was asked about the most difficult person I have worked with and how I dealt with them. Also asked about biggest professional or personal failure you have experienced. The final question was about why I thought I would be a good fit for the role and what my ultimate career ideals and aspirations were. Didn't press me on anything that I said but just moved on to the next question

Interview
The interview process itself was great. The HR person was actually responsive and amicable every time we spoke, all the people I met with during three separate interviews (2 in person and one with someone in Europe via web meeting) were friendly, warm and easy to talk to and I was led to believe by both HR and the people I spoke with that it was just a matter of time before I got a call with an offer for the job (which I would have gladly accepted since it seemed as if the company and I were on the same page and they spoke about the value I could bring to the department).
