Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
HR scheduled a short video call and asked some basic questions, i.e. walk me through your resume; why BMO; why this role, etc. A week later, get the second round of interviews with 3 senior management menbers. One hour each. They asked some technical questions + your past work experience in detail. 1-2 weeks later they get back to me with a cash study.
