Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied to and was accepted to attend a virtual multi-day series. The series acted in place of a first round interview, which also included a written portion, but selected individuals were advanced to a superday. The interviews strategically tested applicants on specific categories. Interviews quickly went over technicals and were more focused on cultural fit and aptitude. In general, I was expected more of a fraternity like hierarchy in interviews, but interviewers really genuinely interesting and wanted you to succeed and get to know you. Technicals were as difficult as you want it to be, one could elaborate more deeply on technicals but be prepared to asnwer follow up questions. Quick note, superday lasted several days to fit schedules and received decision within a week of the superday.
