Interview
First, there was a roughly 30 minute phone interview. Basic interview questions were asked (why I want this job, strengths/weaknesses, etc).
Then, a market research project was assigned to collect various metrics pertaining to real estate.
Interview Questions
The interview was very straightforward, but the market research project took significantly more time. The research was to gather residential and commercial real estate data for major cities in the USA. Most but not all of the information was publicly available.
