HR reaches out to candidates for an initial phone screen who just asks the walk me through your question and what you want next question. Next you meet with the Research Associate Manager who is looking to gauge your knowledge about finance and any sector expertise. The role is supporting 3 senior analysts so he is looking for the best fit for the opening. The next round is to meet with the 3 senior analysts who ask both technical and fit questions. Technical questions were focused on drivers for a company (for a specific sector) and how your model looks. Also, there were questions similar to consulting case studies
