Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through LinkedIn and got a first round interview with the head of HR. The first round interview lasted about 30 minutes and was full of behavioral questions. After that, you speak on the phone with the comapny's CEO, which was intimidating. He asks you weird questions like "How are you different from your siblings?" and stuff like that. That interview only lasted 15 minutes. I got an email a week after saying I had to go up to their offices and get lunch with some associates. Four associates took me out to lunch and asked me why I wanted to work in Equity Research and CRC in general. It was very casual and we talked about the markets, sports, etc. After the lunch I waited two weeks and never heard back. I subsequently emailed the head of HR three times and the woman who coordinated my lunch and never heard back. The fourth time I emailed, I got no direct response from her but an automated message saying I hadn't gotten the position. The lack of communication from their part was extremely frustrating.
