Interview
I was referred to the company through the career services office at my school. I was interviewed in a two on one phone interview that took about 45 minutes, and waited two weeks to here the results of the interview. Overall a quick process, with the company considerate of time in the process.

Interview
Initially had a brief phone interview, nothing in-depth and was asked to come in to the Portland office within several weeks to interview. Went in for the interview which consisted of a few one-on-ones and a group interview with the top guys in the office. Mostly fit and general teaser questions, nothing technical given it was an internship and no relevant modeling is done. Didn't hear back for several weeks, seemed like a fairly disjointed process. Generally seem to be a quiet, intrinsic group which fits the research mold.
Interview Questions
Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
Answered with the typical relevant experience in school (given lack of directly relevant experience), background and extracurricular activities, life experiences, etc.
What leads you to believe that you would be successful in a research and support role?
Seemed to look favorably on school roles in finance clubs which had provided as direct of experience as possible for someone looking for an internship.
