Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was very smooth. First, I had a 30min call with the HR consisting of basic fit questions and a few technicals, such as "Are you currently following any stocks?". The next round consisted of 1:1 interviews with three Associates. The following round was 1:1 with two Associates and a Junior Analyst. Round three consisted 1:1 interviews with two Senior Analyst. Finally, the last round was with the HoD. There was a 50/50 mix of technical and fit questions. The company cares a lot about the balance between culture, character fit, and technical knowledge.
