DB Achieve Internship

Applied through website and also networked with alumni to refer my resume. Found out about the superday around 1.5 months later. Superday had around 100+ people interviewing for 10 offers (although some received offers later through waitlist). We had our first round interview in the morning and second round interviews in the afternoon. They called everyone after first round to say whether they were being sent home or received a second round interview. My first round interview was with an analyst and an associate or VP for 30 minutes. My second round interview was two back-to-back 30 minute interviews. First one was with a Director, second one with an MD. Interviews progressed to more and more senior employees. I found out around 7pm that night that I was being offered the internship.
