The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

Interview
I dropped through my undergrad OCR. Got a first round with HR, heavily behavioral, asked about my prior internships. After a few days got a super day, since I'm out of state we did it via phone. Interviewed with 3 MDs, one was institutional sales, one was MBS and the other was structured products. Interviews were not very technical save for a few questions about MBSs.
Interview Questions
Tell me about agency vs non-agency MBS. Describe how MBSs react to interest rate changes (note the negative convexity and prepay, the price doesn't react like a regular non-callable bond). What are your thoughts on the overall economy? Why trading? Why a post-grad SA? What are your thoughts on risk.
