Applied online through the website, was one of five applications I sent in that day. Got a phone screen. After call I was asked to come in for an interview. First interview was a four-on-one with the VPs and an MD from NYC. This was as much of a behavioral interview as a vetting of aptitude in fixed income economics. Really relaxed process, interview was very casual. After I got the green light, this lead to an Interview with local manager. Again, another very chill interview, but this was a little more technical. Asked me to price certain FI instruments.
