1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was working as a lawyer at a law firm and sent emails to school alums seeking informational interviews. Several banks asked me to interview as a result of sending the emails. The interview consisted of two full days of interviews. Each day I had between 7 to 10 one on one interviews with people in the group. A few weeks after the interviews, I received the offer. All of the people I interviewed with seemed enthusiastic about their job and about working at the firm. The interviews consisted primarily of fit questions with very few technical questions.
