Private Bank Analyst

I only had a phone screening with HR -- very informal and just asked me the basics. I was invited to meet with 5 members of the team ranging from Associate to the head of the Greenwich Office. All of them were very fit based. Most were interested in hearing why JP Morgan, why private banking, and asking me about my current position and past experiences in wealth management. 2 of the 5 interviewers asked me my thoughts on the market and i also pitched a stock to both of them. They were all very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work at JP Morgan. They emphasized the team approach and that their clients are clients of JP morgan, not their own clients.
