Vice President - Program Office

I found the job posted on the JPM website. I contacted a college classmate who worked there and he referred me to the recruiter who was handling the job posting. Since my qualifications were a good fit for the position, the recruiter contacted me to ask a couple of questions about my background. From there, the recruiter scheduled a phone interview with the hiring managing director. During the phone interview, I had the job description in front of me and frequently pointed to out how my skill set matched the job description. From there, I was asked to interview in person. The in person interview consisted of the same managing director and three of the team members. Similar conversation with the other team members about my background. All of the interviews included at least one question about leading cross functional teams. Three days after the in person interview, I was offered the position.
