Took numerical reasoning assesment which was relativley easy, think GRE/SAT caliber math questions presented in a business format. I was then invited for an in-person interview with a hiring manger and later presented with an offer.
Interview Questions
Biggest weakness? This question is generally easy to answer however it was difficult with the additional follow-up questions. Be prepared for behavioral questions like any interview but also be prepared to answer follow ups and specifics for each question. They also asked about experience doing research in any setting. They followed up this relativley easy question by asking specifics of methodologies used and results of the research as well as impact. They used this to generate a general idea of my skills and continued with additional questions discussing these skills.
