Interview
I Applied on line and was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview with a VP. Had to complete a forecasted 3 statement model and writing test via email. Had 3 more calls with VPs and directors. Mostly fit related and background.
Interview Questions
- Not expecting to get an excel modeling test.
- Detailed accounting topics
- Asked why I didn't go to a better school

...most of the questions were pretty basic interview topics based on fit and previous internships and experience. Seemed to be overly concerned with the school you go to for a very small shop. Be prepared to talk about the classes you took and when you are interested in the industry. It is a very unstructured process and I don't believe they take analysts every year... expect it to take some time
