The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Starts with a phone interview. Onsite Excel test, reasoning test and fit questions at the final round
Interview Questions
You will have to do an Excel test and know how to do things like set filters and text to columns. You need to know basic financial concepts, all of which are given to you ahead of time by the company so you can study. A logic test that tests your critical thinking ability and how you deal with limited information also is part of the process. How many windows are in New York City? How many pennies can fit in a room? Know how to come to a reasonable estimate and be able to explain how you got to that.
