Raindance Strategic Partners is comprised of a multi-faceted team of successful senior level professionals specializing in under-performing turnaround, bankruptcy, workout situation as well as expansion and other growth opportunities. Under the direction of Managing Partner Scott Womack, Raindance strategically utilizes the experience and resources of its partners to best serve the advisory, operational and financial needs of each client.

Raindance works with business owners, commercial lenders and private equity groups to provide complete business solutions to companies in transition or trouble in need of a variety of specialized expertise: turnaround management or reorganization, interim senior level leadership, recapitalization, performance improvements or divestitures and acquisitions.

Our partners offer a dynamic blend of top level leadership, having served as former CEO, CFO and COO executives as well as corporate bankers, M&A advisors, commercial lenders and business entrepreneurs. This expertise covers a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, distribution, multi-unit retail, service and technology.
