Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a phone interview with the head of recruiting. Asked me typical general questions (walk me through resume, why Sandler, why IB etc.). Overall pretty easy interview just know a lot about the firm and what they do. Have a good answer for why FIG.
