Initial interviews were phone screens with different industry analysts. After a few phone interviews and a modeling competence test (of sorts) was flown in to interview at the office. Building is very nice. One day interview (about 6 hours?) with a large variety of people, some one-on-one, some in groups. Some of the interviewers had to be moved around/cancelled, which is to be expected when interviewing with that many people. A lot of the questions seemed to be fit questions rather than grilling you on finance. Obviously they're looking for related experience, but a cultural fit seemed to be very important as well.
