Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial communications were via phone and email. Had a couple first round interviews with middle management, passed those, then moved on to a few senior bankers. Overall process was expedited as the firm had an immediate hiring need and was looking to bring someone on rather quickly. Got the offer and accepted it on the spot in an in-person interview.
