The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Initial communications were via phone and email. Had a couple first round interviews with middle management, passed those, then moved on to a few senior bankers. Overall process was expedited as the firm had an immediate hiring need and was looking to bring someone on rather quickly. Got the offer and accepted it on the spot in an in-person interview.
Interview Questions
Modeling questions. Not having investment banking experience coming in as a first year made it difficult to tackle a few of the questions, but using what I learned in school regarding corporate finance and valuations helped out a lot.
Walk me through a DCF valuation?

Technical questions are always difficult as they put you on the spot. But I had learned a bit about valuation methodologies in school which helped me out. Walked through, allowing the bankers to see my thought process and how I would approach the analysis. Ended up nailing the question and moved on through the process!

Interview
OCR First round: asked about the valuation processes and focused strictly on that. No other questions were asked.

Superday invite came one week after, and Superday was easy with the exception of a skills test in the beginning to identify errors in a slide deck. All fit questions and no technicals.
Interview Questions
None. The questions asked were all valuation questions you can find in the WSO / M&I guides. I would study up on "Why ThinkEquity" and "What is your greatest achievement?"
