Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First they do an onsite test with 120 questions and an hour to complete it. The test combines numerical, verbal and inductive reasoning. Numerical is straightforward, verbal is similar to GMAT, inductive is a combination of traditional induction (1-3 changing rules and a set of figures) and a 3-D cube that rotates.

If you pass you get to 2 45-minutes sessions with a pair of people each time. Questions are usually invented during the interview, so there's no problem if you screw it up - they are more into looking at your arguments and sometimes it's their fault to invent mutually exclusive conditions for the case.

Some fit questions come after, mostly bs. No brain teasers.

After they interview all the pool of candidates there's a discussion among all interviewers to get top 3 hired.
