Analyst

The interview process starts with a set of two tests similar to SAT format. The verbal one if fairly straight forward and the math one is a bit more complicated, primarily because it is longer. This is followed by a phone screen with the basic interview questions. If you make it past that round, you receive an invitation to attend an interview day at their offices. This consists of analyzing a case study and presenting it to two senior level people. You also have a behavioral interview, a more work-related interview, and an group exercise where 3-5 woodmac people watch you interact with other interviewees.
