Why dont trust them? I got an offer from them and they seem really loyal and polite

Well below average platform in the US
Could you expand on this? Is this due to performance or simply due to brand not being as well recognized in the US?

Are you referring to the overall firm or just a specific team? Looks like the person who got an offer was on the CRE side.
