Heard a decade back there was a lot of turnover in Analyst pool and culture wasn't great, not sure what it's like now. They changed leadership since I believe

Returns are good but they're essentially a trading shop (6-12 month time horizon primarily with some stuff that's in the 12-18 month time horizon). They're basically just riding beta though, no idea why they don't add shorting to cut the beta

Not sure too much about culture. But I have met / had drinks with some of the c suite guys. They seem very passionate and know their stuff. I know their funds are also high in demand due to strong performance. Overall seem like a good firm.
