Does anyone here have any experience or insight into working on a team that does board advisory (governance/C-suite)? This would be specifically for distress or special situations. I see this bucketed within corp fin consulting at the larger firms.
Would be interested in learning about the skill set developed, where it could lead (exit opps?), comps, lifestyle and all the other typical questions asked on WSO about any particiluar career/job.
