Hi, does anyone know roughly how many sophomore diversity interns BCG/McKinsey take every year? It looks like there's about 20 going into the final round now at McKinsey and BCG, so I'm curious what percentage of those will end up landing it. Thanks.
While there are typical pass throughs, they will hire you if you ace the interviews. These are huge diversity pipelines for them so they won’t balk at hiring.
The reality is that the bar is high so only a portion will likely pass it. But depending on the day that could be 0 pct or 50 pct.
The best thing is to focus on what you can do to be your best on interview day and not over focus on “only 15% of people pass the final round interviews”
Good luck!

Do you mean 20 for each specific office for Mckinsey/BCG, or 20 total people interviewing for the final round of the program? If it's 20 per office I would be inclined to say 10-20 percent would get an offer, but if it's 20 overall I would more inclined to say around 50 percent.
