First internship in the Consulting Industry- How to improve my performance?

I am doing my summer internship at Monitor DTT, it's my first time doing a consulting internship.
Well, my sc this morning dropped me a message. She said the boss asks about my performance with her earlier. And they might possibly move me to another project for multiple reviews. So, kind of horrible right? I guess I'm at the edge of losing return offer now
What am I supposed to do at the moment? It's the third week of my internship, and I am still kind of in a mad rush, don't know what exactly to do or how to do sometimes.
Plz give me some advice or comments!!! Thanks~
