IBM Consulting insights?

Currently going through the interview process at IBM for summer 2024 intern position under their federal consulting practice. Wondering if anyone has any insight into IBM's capabilities and how they rank against similar firms or exclusive strategy firms. Don't have an offer yet but am curious to know a bit more regarding their culture, ranking compared to other firms, benefits, etc.

IBM is a great firm -- they're really good with anything involving IT Strategy, IT Ops and Data Analytics. Their base comp is great too but I've heard the bonuses are mid. The WLB is pretty ok too, which can be a pro and a con. You have more free-time, but it is going to lack the fast-paced aspect that you could find in Tier 2, Big4 and MBB competitors, which could affect your exit ops. This is just my perspective from what I have heard, so don't quote me on this.

This is great insight! I've heard similar things about their WLB but seeing as though I'm still not 100% sold on consulting, could be a good opportunity if I want to move laterally into some sort of industry position opposed to a firm-side position. If the comp estimate is true, 90-100 base is still pretty competitive compared to what I've seen at other firms. My interviews went well - hoping to get a call by EOW or early next week about an offer.
