Non-MBB 2022 FT Recruiting (Big 4, LEK, ATK, etc)
Since applications have opened up for a lot of the other big firms, or will be soon, and I didn't see another thread. I think LEK, Oliver Wyman, and Kearney at least have opened up.

Career Resources
Anyone know how important cover letters are for some of these firms? Specifically looking to apply to L.E.K. and Kearney soon.
Has anyone applied to LEK from a non-target and received an interview yet? I think they're doing rolling interviews for applicants from non-targets.
I have not have you?
Isn’t Oliver Wyman closed?
They're open for me at least (I go to a target). Got a Handshake posting and an email about it, and there is a consultant role posted on their careers site.
I reached out to a campus recruiter and she said that applications closed already (also go to a target)
Don't think OW is closed, go to a non-target and was able to apply last week
Where did you apply?
Anyone already have interviews lined up at firms like LEK, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, Accenture, etc?
Received LEK first round today
Congrats! When did you apply?
Applied around 2-3 weeks ago
Anyone know anything about final round turnaround time for LEK?
buddy got a call about 8 days after final round I think
Offer or rejection?
8 days oh god. I assume they were on the waitlist or are they just really slow?
Anyone have the new comp info for this year?
Got final round for LEK but didn't get the offer last week
Just got first round interview invitation for Kearney PEMA analyst today
How long was the turnaround after your final round interview? Did you think you did well, or were you expecting a rejection?
One-day turnaround for results/feedback and I was expecting a rejection.
I panicked a bit for my strategy interview with a Partner. He came in looking pretty pissed off and was sighing before the case even started. He didn't seem to get any happier as the case went on. The other two cases with engagement managers went pretty smoothly. I was able to connect with them pretty well.
Feedback said that I needed to work on staying structured for my strategy cases, so I guess my intuition was correct.
.
Bumping this back up - has anyone heard from EY-P, OW, Kearney, etc recently? I know EY-P and OW deadlines just recently passed
I applied to FT roles at all of them and no, I haven't heard back from any yet
Anyone heard from EY (not EYP)?
anyone heard back from EYP after first round (full time)?
Wondering if anyone could share some insights on where the process is at rn? And the types of firms to focus on going forward.
Has anyone heard from OW recently? I applied in September, but I haven't heard anything.
