Anyone know how important cover letters are for some of these firms? Specifically looking to apply to L.E.K. and Kearney soon.

Has anyone applied to LEK from a non-target and received an interview yet? I think they're doing rolling interviews for applicants from non-targets.

They're open for me at least (I go to a target). Got a Handshake posting and an email about it, and there is a consultant role posted on their careers site.

Got final round for LEK but didn't get the offer last week

Just got first round interview invitation for Kearney PEMA analyst today

One-day turnaround for results/feedback and I was expecting a rejection.

I panicked a bit for my strategy interview with a Partner. He came in looking pretty pissed off and was sighing before the case even started. He didn't seem to get any happier as the case went on. The other two cases with engagement managers went pretty smoothly. I was able to connect with them pretty well.

Feedback said that I needed to work on staying structured for my strategy cases, so I guess my intuition was correct.

I applied to FT roles at all of them and no, I haven't heard back from any yet

Has anyone heard from OW recently? I applied in September, but I haven't heard anything.
