Strategy& Deals M vs. Accenture Strategy M

Hey everyone - looking for a bit of advice. Currently have two offers at the Manager level (Strategy& Deals and Accenture Strategy). Compensation is about the same over the next two years (with a slight edge for S& with the bonus potential for year 2 - assuming I get up to speed). I know these opportunities are not the same in terms of type of work, but I am interested in both (for different reasons). Curious as to folks experience with typical day-to-day (in terms of hours and I know that it varies by project), upward trajectory, and typical exit opportunities if I was to pursue leaving at the SM (Accenture) and Director (S&) levels. Happy to answer any clarifying questions and thank you in advance!
