Management Development Program with M&T Bank?
Recently received an interview invitation from M&T Bank for their Management Development Program but haven't been able to find too much information about this program. The job description says it's a one-year non-rotational program and that's pretty much the only useful information. Does anyone here by any chance have any knowledge about this program, and if so, can you shed some light into the quality of the program?
I did not go through this program but do have few friends that do. From what I’ve heard it’s a solid role to get your foot in the door and a great way to learn. Based on you being on WSO you’ll probably want to target working for a team in their IB.
Thanks for the insight! Do you also happen to know the compensation for this role? I looked it up on Glassdoor and found the numbers very inaccurate ($110k+, definitely too high).
