The best background for FP&A

Hi, I have a BBA and now I am working like a Treasury Analyst. I would like to be a FP&A and more in the future CFO. So, I am looking to study a second degree ) in the afternoon or maybe online (I work from 7:00 to 4:00). What do you think is the best option to complement my formation and be a successful FP&A? I am considering Economics or Applied Mathematics with computing, thnks

Hey Analyst 1 in CorpFin, I swear if I had a silver banana for every lonely thread I posted too I'd be richer than @compbanker ...

More suggestions...

Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.

I don’t think that you need another degree at all. Depending on your role in treasury, you should have all of the necessary skills to lateral into an FP&A role.

What interests you about FP&A? What don’t you like about treasury? While having a macro understanding of a business is crucial, in my opinion, to get to CFO levels... I’m not sure I would be chomping after the bit to be leaving treasury.
