Training for Corp. Strat + Dev. Role
I just accepted a Corporate Strategy + M&A role at a big tech company. I don't come from a traditional banking background, and want to brush up on 1) valuation theory and 2) modeling best practices before I start.
What resources would you recommend across the two? I've heard reading McKinsey's Valuation and Rosenbaum's IB guide are good starts, as well as taking either Wall Street Prep or Train the Street.
