Does anyone have any experience with Samuel Windsor shoes?

I was looking at the Samuel Windsor Prestige Oxford for an entry level shoe I could wear in the City. Has anyone had any experience with these shoes? If so, what is the quality like?

Hey Etch409, I'm here because nobody responded to this thread after a few days...maybe one of these resources will help you:

More suggestions...

If those topics were completely useless, don't blame me, blame my programmers...

They're very cheap and so is the quality. As an intern years ago who was on a budget, splurge for cole haans or the like and get something which lasts until you can start thinking about upgrading. Well worth the financial bite which I completely sympathize with. Also if you're within distance of an outlet mall, stores like Allen Edmonds may have some gems which you can get on the low.

From my experience, a good guide:

Jones Bootmaker are your most basic (maybe for interning or MO/BO roles)

Loake (solid quality for analyst 1 level)

Grenson (better quality for analyst 2 above)

Chruchs (best quality for associate and above)

Of course if you can afford a few pairs of churchs, go ahead but I view shoes as an investment. I was given a pair of churchs as a gift and they lasted me 5 years before I got bored of them

Styleforum is a good place to ask about shoes. General tip - anything that has the word prestige in it is bad quality. Just like any restaurant with the word gourmet is trash.
