How do I appear less tired-looking?

How can I look less fatigued? Frequently, upon looking in the mirror, I observe slight under-eye bags, despite ensuring over 8 hours of sleep nightly. I'm 25 years old and have been working in finance for three years, if that matters.

For real, they are crazy about skincare and shit. I was the same way, had tired, fatigued skin, eye-bags, dark cicles.

Now, it is a lot better after I met my now fiancée.

I’ll say 4 things to start with.

1. Exercise. Does wonder to your look.

2. Use an under-eye cream every day. I use Olehenriksen Banana Bright Eye Creme

3. Retinol (except the eye area) 3-4 times a week. Our skin starts aging fast after 25 and external retinol is required. I use Drunk Elephant. Has done wonders, I could visibly see myself become better in a couple of weeks.

4. A cleanser before the above and a moisturizer after according to your skin type.

Lastly, a good diet vs a poor one reflects on your gut health and face. So eat more fruits and veggies.

Yeah, but the constant nagging to take care of yourself is a good support system. 😂

This is probably the best advice.

You don’t need a full 100% clean diet, but slowly adjust yourself to eat cleaner as opposed to more junk food/snacks. If you need help with this, consult a dietician.

Drink enough water (not a set amount) so your body isn’t dehydrated. Exercise does wonders, so keep that in mind.

Lastly, if steps above do not help, consult a physician.

No pain no game.

This is helpful, may look at some of these products - guess my question is, as a man if you use these, will your skin look feminine?

Bruh, how old are you?

It just makes it healthier looking, how tf is it gonna magically change your testosterone to estrogen. They're amino acids and vitamins not hormonal therapy.

Funniest

Me personally, in the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1,000 now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.”

Surprised this doesn't have better answers, seems fairly common for everyone I work with in the office

Get checked for testicular cancer. It's more common among the 20-40 age group and often results in severe fatigue. I know from first hand experience.

Stop projecting bro. So does working 16 hours a day in front of a screen for number of years.

Almost all junior bankers are fatigued, so all of them have testicular cancer?
